Wex Sessions: In-store Urban Photography Day with OM SYSTEM - Wex Manchester

Join Wex Photo Video and OM SYSTEM for a creative urban photo walk led by OM SYSTEM ambassador Rohit Bhattarai. Designed for photographers who want to see cities differently, this hands-on roadshow will explore colour, architecture, shape, texture and storytelling in the urban environment.

Across the day, customers will have the chance to join one (or all) of three guided photo walks, try the latest OM SYSTEM OM-3 and a selection of fast prime lenses, and gain practical tips from Rohit on how to spot compelling scenes, work with light, and create stronger images on the street.

To make the experience even more engaging, the walks will include creative challenges that will push you beyond your usual style. This will include using a random object as part of an urban composition, or experimenting with small-scale action figure photography using wide-angle macro techniques, smoke, lighting and other creative accessories. 

This is a great opportunity for customers to get hands-on with OM SYSTEM kit, learn directly from an experienced ambassador, and enjoy a more interactive and inspiring in-store event experience with Wex.

If you are an OM System user, then please bring along your kit. This is a perfect way to test OM System kit if you are looking to switch or upgrade. Bring you sd card as cameras and lenses will be provided. (ID needed to loan kit)

There are 3 sessions on the day for 90 mins each. Meet at the store to be picked up by a minibus to take you to Manchester City and back to the store when the walk is over. Session Times: 10.00-11.30, 1.00-1.30 & 2.00-3.30 

Each session is £15 per person to attend. Ticket cost will be refunded against products purchased on the day. Maximum of 10 people per session.
