We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the need for cancellation or rescheduling of your attendance at our events, whether online or offline. To ensure fairness and maintain efficient planning, we have established the following cancellation policy:


  1. Cancellation Period for Online Events: Participants are allowed to cancel their registration for online events up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  2. Cancellation Period for Offline Events: Participants are permitted to cancel their registration for offline events up to 5 days before the scheduled start date.
  3. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within the specified time frame for either online or offline events, you will be eligible for a full refund of any registration fees paid.
  4. Cancellation Process: To cancel your registration, please contact us via providing your name, event details, and reason for cancellation.
  5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be generally processed within 7 business day of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
  6. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of any registration fees paid. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  7. Event Rescheduling: In the event that we need to reschedule the event for any reason, registered participants will be notified via email with the new date and time. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled event will be eligible for a full refund upon request.
  8. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to amend or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided where feasible.
  9. Exceptions: Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at the discretion of the event organizers.
