WildPhotographer - Nick Wilcox- Brown.

Working with Macro lenses, Focus stacking, Focus bracketing, Extension tubes and more, this workshop will cover everything you need to know relating to macro photography with emphasis on the OM Sytstem and Olympus cameras.

Chances are that if you own or have recently purchased an OM System or Olympus camera, you will have seen the 'computational photography' settings that are built into the camera by default. Some are self explanatory, some less so. Coupling these options with the incredible ability of many OM lenses to focus far closer than other brands and you have some extraordinary macro, or close-up photography capability.

This workshop is designed to help photographers to understand and use the macro capabilities of their cameras. No special lenses are needed, although, if you have the 30, 60 or 90mm macro lenses, we can show you how to do far more! This workshop will give you the skills to create your own amazing Macro images for life!

Costs and Date

Two Day OM-System Macro Photography workshop.

September 29th - 1st October

£525 for 2 days / 2 nights, including full board at the 4 star Grant Arms hotel in Grantown on Spey, Scottish Highlands.

£325 for workshop only with light refreshments provided.

The Grant Arms Hotel
The Grant Arms Wildlife Hotel provides the perfect venue for this workshop in the incredibly beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Surrounded by a wide range of habitats, including mountains, forest and coastline and especially the wonderful Anagach woodlands, we have plenty of options to get some amazing images. If bad weather strikes, we also have the option of a generous 'breakout' space to carry on our macro photography in the dry.
