If you are fascinated by the remote corners of the Arctic, wild animals, the power of ice, and endless polar landscapes — join us for a truly exceptional photo expedition into the ice pack of Svalbard, where the land ends and the true kingdom of polar bears begins.

This voyage is designed for those who dream of witnessing and photographing the Arctic in its most pristine, dramatic, and awe-inspiring form. Our home and means of travel will be the small expedition vessel M/S Kvitungen, allowing us to reach places far beyond the routes of regular tourist cruises.

We will venture deep into the drifting sea ice in search of polar bears, walruses, seals, arctic foxes, and seabirds. Photography will take place from the ship, from zodiacs, and—when conditions allow—even on land. Our goal is to experience the Arctic as closely as possible, while respecting both safety and the ethics of wildlife photography.

The timing of this expedition is no coincidence. June and July are the months when the ice pack still lingers in the north, while the midnight sun keeps the landscape bathed in golden light around the clock — offering perfect conditions for photography at any hour of the day or night.

The expedition’s logistics, navigation, and safety will be handled by an experienced crew and guides who are fully licensed and highly familiar with Arctic conditions.
