Fun with Water Drops with Emilie Talpin
When: Thursday, February 12 @ 8AM - 12PM
Cost: $110 (Non-Member $125)
In this hands-on workshop, OM SYSTEM ambassador Emilie Talpin will immerse you in the world of water drop photography, also known as refraction. If you are not familiar with this term, refraction is when the light passes from one medium and into another, affecting the direction of the light.
In macro photography, the capture of a background subject into a foreground water drop is a good illustration of refraction. In this workshop, you'll learn how to capture such images and go over the equipment needed as well as techniques and tips to make a successful photo. The slightly higher fee for this workshop includes the cost of a special tool used for this technique that is yours to keep.
